We are seeking a skilled and experienced Developer with expertise in LINQ (Language Integrated Query) to join our
travel technology company. As a LINQ Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software
applications using LINQ to optimize data querying and manipulation. Your proficiency in LINQ will play a vital role in
enhancing our data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and software engineers, to understand
requirements and translate them into functional applications.
Design and develop software applications using LINQ, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Utilize LINQ to optimize data querying, filtering, sorting, and transformation operations.
Write efficient and scalable LINQ queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various data sources, including
databases and XML files.
Implement LINQ expressions to perform complex data operations and transformations.
Work with relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server, to design and optimize LINQ queries.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to LINQ coding standards and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LINQ and related technologies, incorporating them into the
development process when appropriate.
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to LINQ development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Developer with expertise in LINQ.
Strong proficiency in LINQ syntax, including LINQ to Objects, LINQ to XML, and LINQ to SQL.
Proficiency in C# programming language.
Experience with relational databases and SQL query optimization.
Familiarity with ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) frameworks, such as Entity Framework.
Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
