This new functionality extends the power of our FIT proposal module, enabling crucial supplier confirmation details to be held when necessary, keeping options available for your clients while they finalise their decisions. It has always been possible to hold space in Travel Studio. The new capability allows you to optionally hold space when quoting to ensure your ability to convert important quotes without reverting to your suppliers and destination partners. This enhances client satisfaction and strengthens your ability to deliver exceptional, tailored travel experiences.

Online Quotation Conversion and payment

Travel Studio allows highly formatted quotation documents to be sent to your clients, including a web link to a dynamic webpage detailing the quote. Now, it is enhanced to allow clients to click and confirm booking, paying either the configured deposit or the full balance. Payments are handled via a PCI-compliant, secure process, and the booking is automatically confirmed and created in Travel Studio, complete with the receipt details. From there, Travel Studio’s automated and configurable workflow will kick in, sending confirmation emails to the client and suppliers as required.
