Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Quality Management of the Business Support Services Business by assisting Operations to deliver high quality service to its customers.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with
established standards. - To lead and drive performance improvement initiatives proactively.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
- Lead and mentor a team of training and quality professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
- Assist in transition of new business/projects.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in leading quality and training functions in an outsourcing business.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of process improvement methodologies – preferably Lean, Six Sigma – Yellow/Green Belt. BB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Additional/Preferred Skills
- Experience and understanding of travel or tour operator business.
Educational Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Master’s degree is a plus.
